All graphics on dropframetimecode.org have been created with the GNU Image Manipulation Program, and are always presented in JPEG format, never as a GIF
All pages on dropframetimecode.org have a link to the external style sheet, screen.css. The objective is for this style sheet to control the overall look of the entire site, allowing the pages to focus on content.
All the pages dropframetimecode.org have been ported to XHTML. XHTML is hypertext written in XML, the cool part is that browsers accept it. This technical achievement changes everything, it heralds the end of the (HTML based) web as we know it, the future belongs to XML....
Still not sure if these shortcut icons are a good thing or not, but it is something new, and we like to keep the website current. We jumped on the bandwagon once the mozilla people started getting into it. We made our little icon with the help of the Java Icon editor at Favicon.com
